 Great piece of equipment at a great price May 19, 2010

Bought the Factory-Reconditioned RotoZip package at a super price and have not been disappointed. If I didn't know better, I'd have thought it was brand new. It worked flawlessly and effortlessly, although I did have to buy an additional X-Shield package to do the job I was planning. Saved well over $100 on a new item, even including the additional X-Shield.

If you don't have one and are even thinking about it. . . buy one now. Its like a dremel tool on steroids.

This is far superior than my Dremel. it's easy to hold with the handle, a great improvement from my original Rotozip. Dremel should only be used for short spands of time & fine detailed finished work. This big Boy is made to handle the heavy duty work.
One of my favorite tools in my workshop.

Rotozip SUCKS
the high hard one...the low limp one
basically anything you put before it , it will suck
The ONLY use I have ever found for this piece of junk
in for carving pumpkins...which actually it does really well
once you develop your technique for controlling it. But it will
not serve anyone well for cutting anytihing more than gyp board and
certainly will not perform as the commercials infer.
