the picture of the item being reviewed is the same picture I was shown when I purchased order no.103-25844957282604 But I only received three nailers no compressor. I complained that when I was online with amazon looking at an ad with bostich for a reconditioned compressor combo kit it came up 3 reconditioned$189.00 1 used $129.00 I purchased the used on for $129.00 but as I stated above I received no compressor. I sent the items back to the seller and he will not refund my money. I have spoke to several different people at Amazon and everytime the tell me wait 3 business days for my money to be refunded and each time I have not heard back from amazon or received my money.

OMG i am so so so disappointed with this product . I am extremmely upset because i haven't yet had a chance to use it since it got our home , a month ago !!! When i turned it on , it sounded like it was working but then i found out there was something wrong with the " regulator knob " . I couldn't twist it in because it was worn out so it could not hold up the air and hence, the product became useless . I did contact the bostitch company to ask for the replacement and they said i would receive it within 7-10 business days . It has been more than 3 weeks and i haven't yet received anything . I contacted them again , they said i should receive it ..soon, but now , i have been still waiting for it . Since no store carries that stuff except Bostitch , so i've been waiting and waiting and have no clue when i could be able to use this product . I regreted i should have paid more to get the brand new one to advoid this hassle . I am very upset because i was really really in need of it .
1 star is way more than what i wanted to give for this product and for the company service .

You have to get this kit. It works flawlessly. Above average quality. Don't let the reconditioning scare you. Mine works and looks like new. Absolutely nothing wrong with it.

I'm rating this a five star only because it came as promised, after I had to send back the first mislabeled box which contained the 2 pack. Called CPO Bostitch who were great to deal with, sent me out another within four days which to my surprise came in PERFECT condition.(If you go through the amazon email process they may not get the email for whatever reason use the 800 number amazon gives you if it happens to you) Compressor, AND all three guns looked brand new, came with nails, hose, manuals and bag. Compressor fired right up and rose to the rated 135 psi then shut off like its supposed to other people were complaining theirs didnt but this one was as promised. Like I said maybe should have given it a four star rating but due to conition it arrived in and customer support it deserves the five,great deal for the money just hoping it lasts.

I got this big box in the mail and I was a little worried after reading other responces about packaging but when i opened it, it was like christmas. Every thing worked great, everything looked brand new and I was tickled pink. Thank you Amazon for a great deal.
