Seems to work okay. I would recommend it, but you could easily make your own our of wood and some adhesive topped with tool liner from any hardware store. They are small and nice looking - good professional addition to your workshop.

I bought a package of the Cookie Work Grippers and found them to be as advertised. I am forever using scrap wood to elevate parts I am working on during the sanding process or when applying finish. The cookies work a whole lot better and the surface of the cookies help keep the parts in place. Although they won't eliminate all movement when sanding I find them to be very satisfactory and will order another set soon. As always, doing business with Amazon is a pleasure. Really fast shipping.

I bought a pack of four Bench Dog Cookie Work Grippers for my husband. He found them very useful when working on projects around the house. He was able to stand the work up on the cookies and it held the project in place without slipping. My husband found them to be fantastic!! They are reasonably priced and you can order packs of 4 or more.
