I haven't started my project that will use this drill enough to write a full review. I would like to say this is the second drill I've received. The first did not work even though the paper work said it had been thoroughly tested. However CPO was prompt to send another drill and a return label for the first. The replacement has been working very well the few times I used it.

I needed a hammer drill to drill 16 3/8" holes in concrete and cinder block. I found this reconditioned drill and ordered it. When it arrived I was amazed to see that it came in a heavy-duty case, which wasn't in the description. There were a few minor score marks on the tip of the Jacobs chuck, but other than that it looked perfect. When I went to drill the holes I was equally amazed at how fast it drilled the holes. I had used another hammer drill before, and this one is head and shoulders above the other one.
I have no problem buying factory reconditioned equipment, and the money savings is enormous -- approximately a 62% discount. When I need more tools I'll certainly consider this company.
